There are a few sets, i.e. Separate study and bedroom. Most have under-floor heating and wash basins with direct access to baths and\/or showers and a small kitchen. The facilities are not elaborate, although simple cooking is allowed! – College owned Homes – These are located, either close to the College or close to the College sports floor.
Our latest experience is that while all appreciate precisely the advantages of residence in College throughout the 1st year, many pupils prefer the slightly greater independence offered by residence in College homes in the second, and sometimes in the 3rd years. Rents in College houses are also marginally lower. Most 3rd Years are now able to reside on the main College website if they wish. Rents – The termly rent covers precisely the 8 weeks of mandatory residence and any extra period, up to a total of ten weeks. Residency beyond this period can be allowed for a number of reasons, and vacation rent charged.

Facilities – Food – All meals can be found in the Colleges dining hall. No foods are compulsory and most are self service. At lunch and buffet supper there’s a choice of primary course, as well as soup, salads, pudding, yoghurt, fruits and coffee. A 3 program set dinner is also served in precisely the evening.
